Online booking shaped around your actual availability

A time should be bookable because it fits your working day, not simply because the calendar looks empty. Vanille connects service duration with staff schedules, helping clients find suitable start times while your team continues to manage appointments in the shared calendar.

Enough time for the whole appointment

The selected service must fit within an available working interval. Existing appointments are taken into account, and the widget filters out start times that have already passed. Accurate service durations and current staff schedules therefore matter: the booking options reflect the information you maintain.

From service choice to a confirmed booking

Clients choose a service, a suitable staff member and a date. The widget loads start times for that combination, then collects client details before the booking is completed. Changing the service or person changes the availability search; the previously selected time may no longer fit.

Regular hours, breaks and exceptional days

Normal staff working hours form the baseline. Regular breaks, time off and existing appointments are checked. Date-specific working intervals can provide additional availability and are handled separately. Review these explicit exceptions together with the normal rota so the times offered match the day you intend to work.

A staff choice tied to the service

Service assignments connect your offer to the people who provide it. Clients can select a person and see suitable appointment times for that choice. This makes the process clear without assuming that every member of the team can offer every service at any time.

Use your existing website

Share your booking link or place the supplied widget code on your website. The site remains your entry point and Vanille handles appointment selection. The booking interface includes German, English, Ukrainian and Russian. Adding the widget requires access to your website editor or help from the person who maintains it.

Notifications and optional online payment

Email and SMS appointment messages depend on notification settings and client contact details. Online payment is possible with a configured Stripe connection and the appropriate booking mode. A card payment is not a universal requirement when no payment requirement is enabled. Try the configured flow with your own offer before sharing it with clients.
